Troubleshooting Tracker Relationships

Here is a list of things to check if you’re having issues

  • Are your programs assigned to Org Units
  • Test User Sharing Settings/Access
    • Org Units
    • TEI Types
    • TEAs
  • Are your TEA’s Searchable?
  • Are your TEAs marked to “Display without program”?
  • Are they Bidirectional (if applicable)
    • If this is causing trouble, get one side to work first
